In order to provide an even better bowl of ramen and superior service to as many customers as possible, we have decided to temporarily suspend regular operations at our Sohonten (Main Store) and shift our primary focus to our Apia branch.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has patronized and supported the Main Store over the years.
Please note that the Main Store is not closing permanently; we will continue to operate on an irregular basis. Information regarding our future operating days will be announced via our official QR code and social media channels, so please be sure to check them for updates.
Moving forward, Horyu will continue taking on new challenges centered around our Apia branch, while carefully preserving the traditional flavors and craftsmanship cultivated at the Main Store. Additionally, we aim to grow as a brand that shares the wonderful charm of Hokkaido with our guests—including its rich local ingredients, dedicated producers, and the beautiful scenery of its four seasons.
Our entire staff will continue doing our absolute best to serve bowls of ramen that make you say, "I want to eat this again."
